A 23-year veteran of federal law enforcement and the Founder and President of Digitas Consulting, LLC, Craig has extensive experience in Internet-based investigations and digital evidence exploitation. Craig was the lead Agent in a 13-year post 9/11 investigation involving Al Qaeda-linked websites, one of the first such investigations, that ultimately led to the arrest and conviction of three individuals for terrorism and espionage-related violations. Craig was also involved in the analysis and exploitation of digital evidence in the Times Square and Boston Marathon bombing investigations.
Additionally, Craig has considerable expertise in Intellectual Property (IP), Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), trafficking, and money laundering investigations. Craig also has experience in VIP and physical security during which time he protected U.S. Presidents and Vice Presidents as well as foreign dignitaries.
Craig has been involved in the field of digital forensics and computer-related research and investigations since 1996. His research has been published in peer-reviewed academic journals and he has delivered training to state, local, and federal law enforcement, as well as private industry. As the Founder and President of Digitas Consulting, LLC, Craig has provided consulting and forensics expertise to celebrities, law firms, and multi-national corporations.
Craig holds three Bachelor of Arts degrees, in Criminal Justice, Sociology, and Foreign Languages and Literatures, and a Master of Arts degree in Criminal Justice, all from Washington State University.
